Warehouse management for NetSuite
Run a tight warehouse on NetSuite.
Bin Depot One is a simple, powerful WMS for small and mid-sized businesses. It takes orders, purchase orders and items straight from NetSuite, checks every move on the floor with a scan, and posts fulfillments, receipts and adjustments back on its own.

Works directly with NetSuite
NetSuite keeps the records. Bin Depot One runs the floor.
There is no middleware to buy and no spreadsheet to pass around. Bin Depot One reads from NetSuite with SuiteQL and writes back through SuiteTalk REST, using a small bundle that adds the few fields it needs.
From NetSuite
- Sales orders as soon as they're marked ready for fulfillment
- Purchase orders and inbound shipments to receive
- Return authorizations awaiting receipt
- Items, with units of measure, barcodes, dimensions and kits
Back to NetSuite
- Item fulfillments with tracking numbers, packages and lots shipped
- Item receipts against each purchase order or return
- Inventory adjustments from cycle counts and kit builds
- Inventory transfers when stock moves between locations
Orders lock while you fulfill them
When an order is waved, Bin Depot One marks it Fulfilling in NetSuite and the bundle locks it from edits. Shipping releases the lock. If an order changes anyway, the warehouse sees a flag before it ships.
Every write lands once
Each writeback is keyed to the warehouse document behind it, so a retry never creates a second fulfillment, receipt or adjustment.
The floor keeps moving
Picking and weighing carry on when NetSuite can't be reached. A failed sync never undoes work on the floor, and it waits in a queue you can retry.
What stays in NetSuite: accounting, pricing, customers, and the creating and editing of orders, purchase orders, items and kits. Bin Depot One reads those and writes back only what happened in the warehouse.
A day on the floor
From the dock door to the truck, with a scan at every step.

01
Receive
Scan cartons off the truck against the purchase order, with several people on one receipt at once. A short or over line needs a reason code before the receipt closes.
Item receipt → NetSuite -
02
Put away
Bin Depot One suggests a bin and your team scans it to confirm, or chooses another. A whole pallet goes away with one licence plate scan.
Scan · BLK-07-02-1 -
03
Wave
Orders arrive already cartonized. A supervisor selects cartons and releases them. Stock is allocated, every carton gets its SSCC, and labels print.
Labels print at wave -
04
Pick
Pickers scan their cartons into a run and walk the bins in sequence. A pick confirms only when the bin, item and carton scans all match.
Wrong bin? Refused, nothing moves -
05
Verify
Each carton is weighed at the shipping station against its calculated weight. A carton outside tolerance goes for a contents check, and an override needs permission and a reason.
Scale read by the browser -

Ship
Confirm the order. Parcel cartons already carry their FedEx or UPS labels. Truck orders get scanned pallets, a bill of lading and a PRO number.

Features
Powerful where it counts.
The work a growing warehouse runs into, handled without a consultant or a custom build.
Inventory
- Masters, inners and eaches
- Stock is counted as intact master cartons, inner cartons and loose eaches. A pick opens a larger unit only when it has to, and the total never drifts.
- Pallets and lanes
- Storage pallets with licence plates, FIFO and LIFO lanes, and ready reserves above each pick face.
- Replenishment
- Tasks raised from your own pick velocity and minimums, sourced from the right reserve first.
- Lot tracking
- Turn it on per item. The earliest lot picks first, and lots carry through to fulfillments and ASNs.
- Blind cycle counts
- Counted on the handheld with system quantities hidden. Differences post to NetSuite as adjustments.
- Kits
- Build and break down kits from their NetSuite definitions, with the paired adjustments posted together.
Shipping
- Cartonization
- Each order is packed in 3D into your carton types for the best fill, with room left for packing material. Master cartons ship as they are.
- FedEx and UPS
- Parcel labels at wave, rated on calculated weight, with each carton's carrier charge recorded.
- Truck and LTL
- Pallets built by scan, VICS bills of lading, SCAC and PRO numbers, and freight class.
- Your own labels
- Upload ZPL from any label designer, bind its fields, and assign templates per trading partner.
- Packing slips
- Built-in layouts or your own, printed when a carton passes its weight check.
- ASN data for EDI
- Shipment, order, pallet, carton and item detail stored for your EDI provider to collect.
Control
- A scan behind every move
- No stock goes into or out of a bin without a scan of that bin. A rejected scan changes nothing.
- Weight checks
- Every carton weighed against what it should weigh before it can ship.
- Roles and permissions
- Admin and User roles built in, plus your own, with permissions for waving, overrides, counts and holds.
- Returns
- Receive return authorizations into inspection hold, then release good stock back to the shelves.
- Audit log
- Every change and every scan, accepted or refused, with who did it and when.
- Metrics
- Picks, eaches, cartons and replenishments by day and by user, exportable to CSV.
Simple to run
Nothing to host, very little to install.
Hosted on Microsoft Azure
Each company's data sits in its own database schema, kept apart from every other customer's.
Built for Zebra
A native Android app with badge and PIN sign-in. A Wi-Fi drop between aisles doesn't lose the pick.
Everything else in the browser
Waving, shipping, receiving, counts and settings. Sign in with your Microsoft account or a username.
One small print agent per site
A Windows service sends labels and slips to your Zebra and office printers. It connects out, so there's no inbound port to open.
Plug in and weigh
Connect a USB or serial scale to the shipping station. Chrome or Edge reads it directly, with no extra software.
Load it from a spreadsheet
Bring in bins and opening stock from CSV files. Licences count people signed in at once, so every shift can have its own login.
